Meet the people who make living at Willowbrook Lodge special:
Regional Care Manger: Tammya Schwarz
Tammya Schwarz is a registered nurse in the U.S who began her health care career more than 25 years ago. She began as a nursing assistant. Her experience spans from hospital staff R.N. to Director of Nursing in large long term care facilities. She has established, owned and operated two assisted living facilities of her own where she specialized in Alzheimers/ dementia care. She also worked for a time in home health care where she was a wound care specialist and was instrumental in developing wound care protocols and treatments which vastly improved the healing time.Her compassion and caring nature make her an asset to both staff and residents alike.
Human Resources Manager: Nick Melenimis, B.B.A
Nick’s commitment to caring is emphasized among the employees of Brewster Healthcare. Attending to the employee’s needs and supporting our homes with Human Resource tools. His background in the Service Industry collaborates directly with his degree in Human Resources Management, he is our service specialist. Nick is currently working on his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation.
